Duel7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. By accessing our website at duel7.ws or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only and can be claimed once.

• Bonus funds carry a 20x wagering requirement that must be met within 30 days.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

Other Bonuses

• VIP bonuses are subject to separate terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following policies apply at all times when betting on Duel7 and are enforced equally for all players.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live Sports Betting. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Duel7 reserves the right to void winnings obtained through software errors or incorrect odds.
• Maximum betting limits are set individually for each game and event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the Duel7 platform and the safety of all members:

You may request to close your Duel7 account at any time. Likewise, Duel7 reserves the right to close accounts under certain circumstances.

Account Closure at User Request

• Request account closure by emailing our support team.
• All pending bets and withdrawals must be settled before closure.
• Any unused balance at the time of account closure will be returned within 30 days.

Account Closure by Duel7

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 24 months) may be temporarily suspended.
• Duel7 will notify you by email before closing your account (except in cases of rule violations).

Duel7 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want every member to enjoy gaming as a fun form of entertainment — never let it become an addiction.

• Each account can have daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits set.
• The self-exclusion feature lets you take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• A cooling-off period can be activated for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• No one under 18 is permitted to register an account or play — this policy is strictly enforced.
• If signs of gaming addiction are identified, our support team will provide guidance toward professional assistance.
